The Pep Rally was crackin'! The cheerleader was on point with their cheers. The football players hyped up the crowd. Phillips Dance Team was juking, makinkg the crowd even hyper, getting them ready for the homecoming dance. Alpha Phi Omega (step team) stomp they way to the front, ending the pepe rally.

the dance was lame, but at the same time juking. The D.J. was lamer then that thing. Da Pope came, he battled Aaron Walker in footworkin' and Aaron beat him. People showed their true colors that night, by acting very wild people that you would not even think would be acting like that. I understand they was only vhaving fun and just relaxing... who cold blame them.
We enjoyed the best moments from the debate, starting off with a discussion on the implications of each candidate's tax plans for the stumbling economy. John McCain started it off with a story addressing "Joe the Plumber," an Ohio man that asked Barack Obama on the campaign trail this week if the Illinois senator's tax proposal would hurt his plan to own a small business. Obama followed, addressing the now-famous "Joe the Plumber" in his answer.
The debate moderator, CBS' Bob Schieffer, turned the conversation to the angry tone of recent campaigning. In their answers, both candidates discussed the recent character attacks on Obama involving William Ayers and ACORN.
LaKeisha: your pep rally post is great. The dance post is good too, I just think we shouldn't call the dance "lame". It's too negative. If you're going to say that the dance was lame, back up this statement with reasons/support.
The dance was lame, but at the same time juking. It was lame because the D.J. was playing all these old songs: songs from the 90s and 80s. Da Pope came, he battled Aaron Walker in footworkin' and Aaron beat him. People showed their true colors that night, by acting very wild people that you would not even think would be acting like that. I understand they was only vhaving fun and just relaxing... who cold blame them.
i believe that the dance could have been better in my opinion because i wasnt really feelin da vibe but it was alrite da pope kind of made it a little better even doe i wasnt all dat excited to see him but after a while wen i got closer he was soo cute to me i kno rite but i took some pictures dat made it even better cuz everyone kno's i love myself but i did a little dancin it was real fun n different really wen da dj went old school...mz.morrica model girl is sayin bye bye now kisses
Alter Ego: Unconfortable, Selfconscience or both? By:LaKeisha Price Most people are unconfortable and self-conscience about themselves, some might even be both. An alter ego is another side of oneself; second self; an intimate friend or a constant companion. how you every notice yourself having an alter ego? i notice that i have one and so does Beyonce.
I'm very much confortablewith myself, but the reason why I have an alter ego, because I'm self-conscience. the only time i'm self-conscience is when its time for me to go on stage and to proform. everyone is watching you as well as judging you. i get very nerves my heart beats very fast and my stomch is upside down. but before i go on i always wisper to myself, "i am Carmen, i am Carmen", and i become Carmen. i don't even know where that name came from i just feel like a Carmen. After i say that i become her and when im done im myself again. in fact one of my good friends Jamar Taylor told me, " You din't even look like your self when you dance it look like you become someone else."
To defind the term, i found "self- consciousness is not something that comes about the moment of reflectively introspects one's expenences, or in the instant of self-recongnition, or in the construcction of a self-narrative. Rather these different kinds of self-consciousness are to be distinguished from the pre-reflective self-consciousness which is present in living through or undergoing an experience."(Andrew Cohan, www.enligtennext.org)
Beyonce' is both self-conscience and unconfortable with herself. As a profomer Beyonce' knew she had to get over this lself-conscience phase. A person who don't like beyonce stated, "That the weird alter ego thingshe pull is plan creepy. She dance and grihnds all over stage, then she prentend like she don't remember. That's crazy." (www.eonline.com) "Ego is something like the "self-organiizing principle," taht all important command center in the pysche that coordinates the different aspect of the self. The ego as self-coordinaltes the different aspect of the self. The ego as self orgganizing principle is niether postive nor negative; it's function is mechanistic, and in that, it has no self nature." (Andrew Cohen, www.enlightennext.com)
Maybge Beyonce' really dont remember what she does on stage. Maybe her alter ego is so strong thst she realy does become someone else: Sasha. So when she done dancing and becomes herself again, she realy might do not remember.
I believe the reason why Beyonce' have an alter ego because she feels unconfortable about how she identifies herself to the public. Perhaps she feels so uncomfortable by the image she protray. Thus, she has created an alter ego to alter her image or better express her creativity through an another outlet and personsality.
An alter ego can be useful to some and wried to other. But having an alter shouldn't judge you for who you are or what you do. As long you know who you are that all that counts and that with an alter ego or not.
